#2: Cadillac Bar & Grill
The Cadillac Bar & Grill is located in the Riverside area on Sisowath street in Phnom Penh. Rumored to have good home-style cooking, we didn't get a chance to have a meal there. Maybe next time. Cool and dark inside, it's a great place to get out of the heat and hoist a brew. Although it's not a well known spot, you can often catch Americans, Canadians, and other ex-pats hanging out having a cold one. Perhaps it's the name- evoking memories of something familiar back home, like gigantic gas-guzzling cars that would barely fit through the streets here. Although it says it's located "on the river", it's actually just back from it a little ways on a sidestreet.
