No, and I'm not sure I want to ask!  I've enjoyed quite a few things as long as I didn't know what was in them.

I just had to look.  It has SAKE in it!  No wonder it tastes good.  At least one of the recipes did.  Otherwise it has mirin, a Japanese wine.

Kitten, I also took Friday off because I'm helping my mom-in-law-to-be with her wedding setup.  It should be fun.  I want to make it as stress free for the bride to be. :)
