So... Whats for lunch?

If I don't sleep 7 hours a night, I am done for the rest of the day. I prefer 8.5 hours, but that is hard to achieve sometime. I go to bed early though, most nights.

I'm best with at least 6 or 7 hours too.  I find I can get through the day doing physical things on little sleep, but if I had to use my head I'd be in trouble.

I'm the same as well, Van and PC where I need about 7 hours of sleep to fully function at work.

Yeah I guess. Just be like a Frankenzombie doing physical work. But trying to remember a phone number you use every day, forget it!

  I have a 2 hour meeting starting at 12:30 (SAVE ME!!!!)  and lunch (sandwiches) are provided...  but now, I need a walk for fresh air.
