No,Kitten, I'll be working on Sunday as usual - last week's Sunday off was a very rare event. However today and yesterday are doing me fine so far. Not that I wouldn't welcome a couple of more days, of course.

With the amount of work you do through the week, you should have three days off instead of two. But we rarely get what we deserve.

For which comment, and because you deserve it, you have just got a blessing.

Thank you. I needed that. I had rather a rough morning. And here's a blessing for you.

Oh, my breath is taken away - I've received three more since I last looked. By the way, I've found an interesting site helpfulgardener.com which will tell you all about growing runner beans. In Burnaby they'll be no problem at all.

Space, poor, shallow soil, and little sun are the problems I face.

That's a pity because they do like the sun - even more of a pity that you won't be able to grow them because the flowers would brighten things up for you.

I just googled runner beans and found they seem to require all the things I lack, as far as growing them is concerned. They look like the Chinese long green beans I see in the produce section of the store.

Similar, but entirely different (if you know what I mean).

You are more perceptive than me. I don't understand the workings of what I laughingly call a brain even when I attempt to use it.

I certainly don't understand mine, and fear that I don't really want to.
