I don't envy you that job one little bit.  That's picky work.  I worked today and am finished.  One more day and it's "weekend".  Then I can get busy on my storage room.  It's too grey out and I don't feel inspired to do it now.

  You need more energy than a slice of banana bread!

Maybe because there's more work to maintain it, so the price goes up.

That's a thought Kitten.  Yet on the other hand, the prospect of future maintenance might discourage the potential buyer....thus making the price go down....LOL

Wish I could say as much.  It is astonishing how much stuff can accumulate over time.  But I'm getting some done every day, and on Monday I plan to devote the whole day to throwing things.  No more second guessing...if it isn't being used, out it goes.
