Perfect recipe for a good nights sleep, Van.  There is no, more enjoyable exercise, than swimming...to me. (and walking too)   Everything else seems like work....lol....but swimming is so much fun while it's being so super effective.

Good morning purelife.  

  Can't believe how MILD it is out there.  When I first woke, I could hear pouring rain (at least I think I did....lol)  but when I stepped onto the porch to see hubby off to work, I couldn't get over how warm it was out there.  I must spend some time in the garden today.....lots of winterizing to do.

I love to just swim laps. I hate the public pools, but not really much choice if you don't own a pool. lol.
