Russ, I think that the smaller the company, the more that they could afford to pay for unlimited drinks and the 3-course dinner. I used to work for a small company that had less than 25 staff and they paid for everything. The bill was over $3000.
Now, the company that I'm with, usually expects 300 attendees including employees and guests. This year, we're having 330 confirmed attendees including guests.
