I don't have a itenerary yet, but I want to start in Allessandria (family there), and I want to just kind of go from there. South to Roma for sure. But would also love to check out the northern country too.  Not sure yet? Or what I will do first.

  Busy day today.

P.C.- just in case you're interested...I'm using a book called The Anixety and Phobia Workbook by Edmund J. Bourne.  (about $20 at Chapters).  Powerful stuff.  It's helping me a lot.  While I don't have an issue with flying, there are entire sections devoted to this.
