Well, if anything it's good to produce saliva to cleanse your teeth. Not very good if you have TMJ problem but if your jaw can handle it, chew and chew to your heart's content. Just don't expect pearly white teeth by the end of the process.

I'd rather chew your socks, Michel.

She's voluptuous ?

I meant, she eats odd things....for a cat.  I guess we've all had a cat who ate something weird, but your little miss pretty much eats a 'people diet'.

Our guy was so picky for the first few years, that he wouldn't even eat fresh fish.  Nothing, but ONE brand of catfood.  And believe me, we tried them all.  My friend didn't have to buy catfood for MONTHS and MONTHS, because I kept giving her all the bags and cans of stuff he wouldn't eat.

  Anyways.....I'm off !  [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/froehlich/a010.gif" border=0]

lol I can only do my british profs thinking state of mind for so long. He rambles on and on about his own accomplishments.

I don't really need to put it back on its a reoccurring theme I picked up on from sociology, anthropology, political science, history, and geography classes. They all pretty much come to the same agreement that modern Canada didn't begin until the 60s and pre modern Canada was a Canada of overt racism against all minorities and french speakers. Potlach, Head Tax, First Nation assimilation schools. This country being founded on an idea that goes back to the1600s of the "french reality" stated by the British and the sole intent up til Confederation was 'taming' and 'assimilating' Quebec into good Anglos (Lord Durham Report). The utopian idea that Canada came together as two cultures when in reality it was more one trying to snuff out the other and that battle led to an agreement called
the Confederation. Anti-Asian immigration laws up til the 1950s. Immigration in general up until the 70s.

Apparently BC doesn't teach History anymore or they don't go in depth. So universities are taking it upon themselves to teach young people the realities of Canada that its not this make believe Utopian society that it is always perceived to be against American society. While they point out the racist tendencies of pre-1960s they do tend to turn Trudeau into a god figure without ever explicitly mentioning his name. And I've had conservative, liberal, socialist, communists as profs they all say the same thing without getting into economic policies, Canada modernized in the 60s, it was born. We are living in Trudeau's image or of his generation's image of modernity.

BC does teach history. But more in relation to the World Wars. (grade 12 anyways). Not much on Head tax, Potlatch ban, etc. Unfortunately.

Also, if Trudeau was assasinated, Western Canada would have thrown a massive party, parades, etc. I am not saying that is right, I am just saying at the time...

Canada has come a long way. But so has the whole world.
