Sawdust had the very first Miata on Vancouver Island when they first came out.

I even learned to drive a standard for that car.  Fun little car.

We can't have this car, because we don't live in freedom.

NICE.  That's my friends favourite car. (the Triumph) She hasn't had it for over 10 years, and she still pines for it.

I suppose this is some of your 'sarcasm' we don't understand??? Check out what freedom means in large areas of the world. My father and countless others fought for our freedoms, it does not come without a price. Not getting what you want is not a lack of freedom, it's spoiled.

Well if we go by cars. Europe is a freer society, they've got the best. We get also rans pieces of crap.

I like 60s Mercedes coupe, Trabant, 60s VW Bug, 60s VW T2 Bus, Austin Mini, Mini Cooper,

lol its a dead pan sarcastic joke, but if you agree with the dean. fine.

It's called Europe has better cars.
Every single 'american' car company makes better awesome vehicles, like the euro focus, mondeo to name a few.
French and Italian carmakers aren't in North America. We love our SUV's and Excursions.
Ford refuses to bring this:

to NA because "Americans wouldn't want this"

In car terms, we are being oppressed, there's no denying this.
Then we don't have high speed rail connections, less censorship on tv, and they have better movies.
They've got culture and we've got American mass media and beautiful scenery.
