I know! Its always those breakfast 24/7 open 24hrs places that seem cool at night but during the day not so.
Back in the midwest we have this food chain called Steak 'n Shake, its open 24hrs, its fast food but it looks like a 50's diner. Only cool to go to past 10.

Afternoon everyone.  I've never tried Denny's, don't think I will...heard that it was disgusting food.  I prefer late late night pho.  Mmmmm....

Lunch is a chicken breast with harvarti cheese sandwich (just plain - no mayo etc) with snap peas and raspberries.

I feel so much better having 5-6 mini meals a day.  I used to eat whenever and anything and sometimes cut meals.

I go to the one across the st from Lougheed Mall a couple of times a year (my bday, Mr LM's bday). It's ok.

purelife- you MUST go on your BDay and get a free meal!!

I was going to go there for this year but didn't want to go alone... :((( maybe next year, I'll try.  Oh, at Mondo's Gelato, you get a free scoop on your bday.  I missed that too. :(

i read somewhere that 5 to 6 small meals is good for you, but don't quote me on that.

Well of course Michel, why would I order from the seniors menu?

Denny's is typical Americana 50's diner, open 24/7. I'd take late night chinese food myself but no small towns in the u.s. have that except for the big huge cities.
Denny's got big because they served breakfast 24/7 and was the only thing open past 10.

Denny's, Dairy Queen and The Waffle House. They're in every small town. That's all there was until about 15 years ago in most places. You became a "town" when dairy queen showed up, you became a place to be when a Denny's moved in.
