Fruit is good and all, but although I'm full, I don't feel satisfied.  [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/more/bigs/c003.gif" border=0]

I had lasagne again (left over from yesterday - but with more tomatoes thrown in).

Do you vary the fruit, or have the same kind every day?

Yes, I vary the fruit.  Today I had an apple, but I like all fruit.   But you need more then fruit for lunch, you have to have a protein to make you feel full PC.

That's what it is.  Fruit alone just doesn't cut it.  Maybe I'll eat some oysters.  [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/nahrung/a050.gif" border=0]

Hey Dotcomrades!  I missed DS lunch today.  GRRRR.  I was out waiting for my car to be serviced.  Everything is fine, though I did spend a couple hundred replacing a "knock sensor", which was the source of my intermittant "Check Engine" light.

But I brought my books and some snacks, so the wait was ok.

Happy BDay to Starfish!  Hope it's a good bday dinner.

Good afternoon everyone.

Halibut for dinner here.  I couldn't decide how I wanted it, so I split it up and cooked it every way.  I lobbed off a couple cubes, and bacon wrapped them (like scallops).  I cut a couple thin strips to batter and fry and the rest was sauteed.  Yum.  I love halibut.  (oh yea....green salad and some baby red pontiacs.)
