I've got a question.

  Does anyone know why new bed sheets needs to be washed before use?

Break the fabric in.

Think it stretches/shrinks a bit. Supposed to soften up the material as well.

Dont colours sometimes run the first time you wash them? I usually wash everything I buy before using. Dunno, maybe my mother actually taught me something.
