 Salmon

 (My cousins in the US swear that you can't buy canned salmon there, but 49er says you can!)

I think of seafood when I think of Canadian cusine.

Sorry but I just don't know.  I think I heard of a place in New Westminster that specialized in Atlantic foods, but I don't know the name or even if they are still open.

I saw a pallet full of canned salmon at Costco last weekend.

Sure I like fiddleheads, P.C.  We used to have them when they came out on the farm.  They are SO good!  A little touch of butter and they are perfect.
