So.....what's for dinner?  I'm going to be grilling some marinated pork loins, if the winter BBQ sludge ever gets burned off.
   
 ADD: Pork is cooking.  Heckyl, being the gourmet that he is, thinks that all BBQ'd meat needs BBQ sauce.  And, I can't find any.  SO the nicely marinated pork now has a brushing of ketchup.

[DD] If yer ever stuck again LM....this is the easiest yummy bbq sauce ever.  Sometimes I add a drop or 2 of liquid smoke too.

 [DD]  

 [DD] 1 Tbs butter.....1 small onion grated.......clove or 2 of garlic, minced

[/DD] pinch of salt.....1/2 Tbs chili powder.......2 Tbs brown sugar

 2 Tbs of vinegar.....2 Tbs Worchestershire Sauce.....1/2 cup catsup.....dash or 2 of tobasco

 Melt butter in a saucepan.  Cook onion and garlic until soft.

 Add a cup of water and remaining ingredients.  Stir until well mixed.

 Place over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.

 Thanks, P.C.!  This sounds fantastic.  Will it keep in the fridge if I make a batch?  Of course, now that summer is almost here, we'll have the BIG bottle of Bullseye as well as the Tony Roma's assorted bottles.

 Hey!  Just got in the door from Beavers.  We had a hunky paramedic visitng the Beaver Colony tonight.  Lots of hilarious questions from the kids- kids really do say the darndest things.  Listening to the game on and off tonight- glad I'm home for the 3rd.  Got a Martini going and it's time to put on my PJs.
