I'm dying to prank my friend with this sound board ([a href="http://www.kdkprankcalls.com/soundboards/people/kerpal_soundboard2.swf" target="_blank"]http://www.kdkprankcalls.com/soundboards/people/kerpal_soundboard2.swf[/a]) but don't know how to make it be heard over any VoIP software like Skype or Yahoo Messenger. Any experts in tonight?  

Hi. This post is a personal story and concerns anti-depressants and anti-psychotics. I hope this isn't an inappropriate topic.
 
 A month ago I was perscribed Geodon and Effexor at the same time. About 5 days after I developed tachycardia (rapid heart beat) and slightly high blood pressure. My heart was pounding with a pulse of 120-170 and didn't go down for days. I felt mild pain in my chest and down my left arm. I went into the hospital several times to be dismissed each time with the diagnosis of "heart-palpitations" and "anxiety/panic attacks." I even developed a temporary cock-eye, which I later learned was an early indication of a stroke, which thankfully (wow) never happened.
 
 I did some research on the net and found a few sites declaring Geodon lethal because of its effects on the "QT" interval, which causes rapid heart-beat. I found nothing linking Effexor with tachycardia, so  a week after the events, I took an Effexor dose. The rapid heart beat began once again, but thankfully stoped at a pulse of 120, and went down the next day. I didn't take another dose.
 
 At this point I'm considering going on Geodon again, just maybe testing it, with a dose every other day. It improved my cognitive functioning dramatically as no other anti-psychotic has done (and I would even say it boosted my inteligence) but I'm very leary. I keep asking myself: What if the Geodon played a role in the rapid heart-beat? I've spoken with 2 psychiatrists concerning this. One declares confidently that it could not have been the Geodon, citing the fact that there have been no deaths in the US from Geodon. The other says calmly, "It was probably the Geodon."  

Hi. This post is about anti depressants and the neuro transmitters they act on.
 
  I'm 20 years old. I've been tried on several anti depressants in my life. Out of all that I've been tried on, Remeron (mirtazapine) seems the most effective with the least dangerous side effects. There is, however, one serious drawback: continuous weight gain. Because of this, I'm looking for another medication similar to Remeron, that acts on both serotonin and norepinephrine. I've been tried one[span style="text-decoration: underline;"][/span] Effexor and had a scary reaction, rapid heart-beat, so I don't really want to try any medications related to Effexor. The tricyclics seem a good possibility, but what about those unplesant side effects. Dry mouth, blurry vision, etc., no thanks.
 
  My question is: What else is there? Is there a medication or combination of medications that might work?
 
  On another note, Reboxetine, which works on yet another neruro-transmitter, noradrenaline, seems promising also. Are there other medications that work on this neuro-transmitter? Can these medications be used in combinations with other anti-depressants?

  Just tried that. It gives you that screen... "1)Safe mode 2) Logged mode 3) Normal mode 4) Step-by-step confirmation"

There's the problem: the WIn98 CD isn't a bootable CD. There's a 'BOOTDISK' dir on it somewhere that lets you make a set of boot disks, though.


 still, DOS isnt recognizing my D:\ drive period when I boot with a boot floppy.

 Yeah, I've got it set up to boot first from CDROM then from harddrive, but I restart the computer with the windows 98 installation CD in the CDROM and it ignores it, and continues to load windows ME as normal.

 This is a really old computer. The CD is bootable, but DOS doesnt recognize it for some reason.

It's called a subpoena, and they work quite well. Don't expect any ISP or web site operator to go to jail on your behalf, they'll give the police everything they want as soon as the subpoena hits their desk. Even proxies in unfriendly foreign countries (China, Korea, etc) can now be traced with a nifty little trick called "action correlation".

 Last time I checked subpoenas had no power in Sudan, Hungary, China etc. so why do they provide any information?

And as far as ISPs go; there's something called rotate13 and base64 encoding.

Teh, thanks but I've got a little problem with getting my boot disk to get my CD-ROM drivers. Once I wipe my harddrive clean will my CDROM automatically work?

Except that I can get off anywhere from three to five posts over there under almost any name I've used before, and then nothing will go through at all.  I used several web proxies, tried some proxy chains, and tried some proxies off a list, anonymous and highly anonymous. I've also tried changing my IP by disabling and enabling my internet connection (thereby releasing and renewing my IP).

  Have you been able to get through at all?

  I've tried 12 times and have been totally unable to get through to make a post.
