I think they actually had a tsunami on the West Coast many many years ago.  Port Alberni I believe.  I don't worry about a tsunami here, but I always keep my earthquake kit fully stocked.  

Well, sportsdude....it's time for me to hit the hay.  Long day.  Take care......hope your storms are quiet through the night.

good night P.C. It was a quick one and its passed more worried about the farm thou because they just planted corn yesterday and if they get any rain they will have to re-plant.

Good for you sportsdude......it sounds like your heart is in the right place.   So what would that mean for you?  Would you leave your home?  Pardon my ignorance, but I know very little about this.

Yeah its kind of my calling sort of. I really should when its all said and done get a job with the UN, I'd be perfect for them. I've always felt that I can help the world.

 Ah, its not too bad. If you end up in eastern europe you just have to worry about land mines and in africa all you need to worry about is genocide and groups like god's resistant army. But other than that its just peachy.

Yipes...I don't know about you, but it's taking forever to navigate this forum tonight.  I've closed out and refreshed 3 times, but it's still taking minutes instead of seconds to post.  Hmmm.

It's slow for me as well, but I think it's my IP blocker that's the problem.
