Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to watch the European Football/Soccer Cup 2008 Games online this June? I don't have a TV =)

Natasha

When the End comes, don't worry if your party shoes are clean or not. Just make sure you have them on!

Cool! Soccer is one of the team sports I love. Such a good game for kids of both genders too.

Edit: Adults too!

indeed. Although I think the crowd has a lot to do with the atmosphere in soccer.
Always love the Osama chants when the U.S. plays 'friendlies' in Central America.

I like that concept too.  (just paying for your own choices)  I'm sure they have the capacity to do it now.  I also think it would be an excellent way to eliminate half the useless crap that is cluttering up the dial.  Content and quality are no longer a consideration to get something on the air.

They've talked about that down here a lot, but the info channels complain. Nobody's going to really want QVC or Home Shopping so that means jobs lost.

I wish I didn't have to see Fox News on anything down here that and the goofy religious channels which are to me hate based channels.

lol That said our regional channel here on friday nights at 1am used to have a Neo-Nazi programme. lol

Well, there's not much one can do about it right now....but I have always resented paying for crap on 6 channels, that I would never watch...just to get one that I would.

Yeah. Shaw's a bit ahead of anything I've seen down here. The idea that you can buy in bundles is a concept is something new.
The problem with the bundles is that you get the channel you want, but a a bunch that you don't. For example if I bought the news bundle I'd get some channels I'd want  (BBC World, France 24, Deutsche Welle, France 5, EuroNews) (just naming a bunch of international channels that would be cool for me)etc. but I'd get Fox News which I don't want, but since I bought the bundle, I'm forced to get it.

This bundle idea is always fought about down here. The idea never goes anywhere.

I would be happy with whatever I get over the air. That is all ending though. I bought a sweet TV for movies. Even though I am way behind on the movies, I still love them.

I'm not even looking for a bargain.  I don't care if I have to pay the same  to have 10 channels I like than 200 channels of their choice.  I wouldn't buy 39 rotten apples, just so I can get one good one.  If a store continued to put out rotten apples....and nobody bought them....wouldn't they eventually be forced to clean the shelf and put out better apples ?

I resent accepting some of that crap into my home because it feels like I'm putting my personal stamp of approval on the garbage they have selected for me......and I'm paying to accept it to boot !  There's some stuff that I don't even want in my living room for FREE.  I don't mind paying for entertainment....I just want the option to choose the entertainment I'm paying extra for.
