I had some sliced prosciutto, chicken strips and some cherry tomatoes... yummeee

Our friend came over with a small laptop.  It's gonna be a gift from me to me... I've always wanted my own laptop!

Twas a gorgeous day.  

  All kinds of visiting and getting together with friends this weekend......good times.  Our 'moving neighbour' is leaving for good tomorrow.

LOL. I can't read comments any more! ARGH!!!

  Wasn't it beautiful on Sunday, everyone? OMG. We came out with eyes blinking, wondering if it was real. Took full advantage of it and headed out to Playland. The kids just enjoyed everything. I got a mite dizzy and nauseated on one of the rides then decided enough was enough. After the sixth round, I called it quits.

  Heinous food selection at Playland. Why don't they have  healthier stalls like a salad bar or something?

Weekend was fantastic. The grand opening was a sweet get together. My friend moved out to the Okanagan to take advantage of the market. I know he is going to kick some butt! Awesome!

  Horrible traffic coming back into the city yesterday. Yuchh!!

  Oh well, hopefully not too much longer before I am only driving into a city for concerts.

  I went out and did a little shopping on Saturday.  Couldn't believe the amount of crazy drivers out there.  No wonder I just prefer to stay home....lol.

The accident that put our power out on Friday night was a fatal one. I knew it was a bad one...I'm sure every type of rescue vehicle on the Island was called out.

Sounds like a bad accident! You should have another coffee PC!

  I think the nice weather is getting people driving a bit more than normal for this time of year. Traffic was insane yesterday on the highways.

Good morning everyone!

  Sounds like you enjoyed another faboulous weekend mini-getaway from teh City, Van... must've been nice.

  We had a nice weekend.  My brothers and their g/f came over and we had ramen noodles by the Starlight Casino (right beside Kirin).  The best bowl of ramen noodles I've ever had!  They make 'em in-house. YUMMEEEE....

there's a Vitamin Water vending machine on campus. crazy.
