No strata council tonight.  If there was a council meeting, I'd still be there- and sliding halfway under the table by now....

Good morning all! How's everyone doing today? Get out there and enjoy the sunshine, it won't last. I think it's going to rain starting on Thurs then the weekend.

Dean's night last night at the Italian Centre. Awesome food. I really enjoyed the appetizers and the variety of food. I didn't stay long for the ceremony as I had to take care of our kids but it was really nice to see students and faculty dress up in normal civilian clothes for a change.

Lucky you, Lise.

 Noooooo!  Not rain.  Please.

Another great day.  Wahoo!
Don't know what's for lunch.  Not hungry yet.

P.C.- got any suggestions for ways to use leftover pork roast?  I think we've sandwiched enough lately.

I usually end up making pork pot pie, or cubing it up...batter and deep fry....serve with stirfry veggies and rice.....and a little S&S on the side.  Not THE most creative...but something we both like.

add: for a real quick pot pie, you can use mushroom soup for the gravy....precook your veggie cubes and a cheatin crust or puff pastry.  Of course none of these would pass the heart-smart police.

Thanks, P.C.  Pork pot pie it will be- with puff pastry cups.  Pork a la king.

Cochon a la Petit Moi ?      A classic if I ever heard one.  (I know this is probably not correct Michel, but it sounds good to us unilingualists)  [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="vny!://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/more/bigs/c008.gif" border=0]
