 I'm psyched about my blackbelt test because taekwondo is the ONE THING I do just for myself.  I can use a personal victory these days, so it will feel good to do the test and (hopefully!) earn the belt.

  Nice to hear from you !  Has this been an extra long trip this time ?  ....or does it just seem longer because we haven't heard from you so much.   We miss you....looking forward to your return.
