Sorry, can't agree with you this time, SD - I think it looks hideous.

There are way nicer buildings...look at Brunei.

I don't particularly like those two buildings.  I don't trust living up there either.  But.... I hope to get the grand tour from my connections.

Naturally, Purelife.

Sportsdude, does that towering 'thing' have a name - you know, something on the lines of the Gherkin in London?

Is anyone eating pancakes today?

I had pancakes on Saturday...but not today, Gophie.

Gopher

I'm going to have them sometime today simply because it's Shrove Tuesday and traditional.

I'm on day 4 of a 12 day herbal cleanse, so no pancakes for me...

fish, rice cake and avocado for lunch.

Both towers, SD.

How are you feeling from the detox so far, LM?

I heard that it's really expensive...I was going to try one out one day but gotta know if it's worth it?

Bit headachey.  Had lost 5lbs of bloating and fluid by the 2nd morning.

The Wild Rose kit is $30-$40 depending on what sales are on (Save On, health food store, etc.).  But there are lots of other kits and detox teas at varying prices.

Or..you can follow a diet plan or fast without purchasing a kit.
Here are some from Wild Rose.  The "Lemon Aid" Cleansing Fast is also known as the Master Cleanse.  I know many people who do this a couple times a year, thought I have not tried it myself.

I do hope P.C. and Sawdust are ok today.  Perhaps P.C.went into town and sought shelter in the mall?
