I'm following doctors orders. Last time I had something to eat was 10pm. Then I went to bed and got up past the time they said was okay to eat which was 5am. I am not starving myself.

I'm usually asked to fast 12 hours before a blood test..........7 sounds a bit off

Anyway I went to the local Thai place after seeing the doc, the girl who was the waitress for me, tripped when walking towards me. lol She kept staring me too, you'd of thought I was brad pitt.

  Hey Lise.. Asiana's not too bad, not the best, but theres lots of parking around there and its usually not too bad to get to from my place.. so I take the trade off. I own in Vancouver and I hate it! Pretty messed up isnt it? LOL!

  You are right PL about the drive in... its Langley Cloverdale area, was there years ago and planned to go this summer, didnt have time for it though. Ah well, next time!

I remember being an hour over the fast time for a blood test once, and they made me rebook.  I was choked, because 50 minutes of it was spent in the waiting room.

  Anyways.....you got all yer ducks in a row Russ ?  All set....all packed.....check list checked and double checked?....lol
