Maybe hydrogen peroxide?  I used it for blood and wine stains.  Don't know if it'll work for your car.

the interior of my car is gray. Wouldn't a chemical like that turn it white?

Club soda works well for wine spills in carpet....but I think you have to get to it before 3 years.....lol

its on the ceiling I don't think hydrogen peroxide comes in spray form.

Oxyclean spray is essentially hyrogen peroxide.  Spray.  Soak.  Wipe.

Walmart?  Target?  It's usually in the laundry section because it's also used for stain removal on clothing.

Hello lovely people!
 
 Heckyl and Jeckyl ate the Stupidstore brand Bento Boxes for dinner tonight (nuke for 4 mins).  Salmon teriyaki, rice, veggies and a vegetable gyoza.  They loved them.  Quite a bargain at $3.50 each and healthier than fast food, when you need to eat in a hurry.  Cute little compartmentalized dish and comes with a pair of chopsticks.
 
 I chowed down on leftovers.
