Best snack ever, are those giant bags of Mann's snow peas you get at Costco.  They are stringless and just like eating candy.  HUGE bag for 6 bucks.

P.C. did you know that Ralph Nader's mom used to give him peas to eat as a snack as he walked to school?

True story.
For thou art with me; thy cream and thy sugar they comfort me
Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of Juan Valdez
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over
Surely richness and taste shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of coffee forever.

today I'm going to the store, I'd make a veggie salad.  Tiny carrots, peas, tomatoes, peppers, califlower, raddishes.  I could eat that all day.

Not a fan of teh lettuce?

You need to try a grilled ceasar salad.  MMMM....delish.

No, I can't say I knew about Ralphies snack history.  Well they're a darn fine snack.....she must have been a good mom.  *I used to give them to my kids as snacks...lol  They would pick those over cookies any day.

I never liked celery when I was a kid, unless it was covered in peanut butter, but that sort of defeats the purpose.

I bet peanut butter covered peas would be amazing!!

I also like fruit salads and low sodium v8 drinks.

Or celery and Cheese Whiz.  Never really had that at home, but would have it at my friends place.

Dad wasn't crazy about a food that had whiz in it's name.

Peanut butter is also really good with bananas and apples. :))) yum!

Snow peas..great idea.  I'll check out Costco soon as my coworker and I have been hitting Costco during lunch once in a while.  I like how close we are to that new one. :))))  I LOVE COSTCO!    Yes, I say it with a passion.

tenkani

We should make a costco lovers club!!

Then we can all meet in costco, and make love in the food court. RAWR!

I love costco except for the parking, the lines, and the birds which sometimes swoop down from the rafters and make me feel like hiding under the cart.

Our Costco parking lot is good.  You could park a Winnabego in those spots.  Line-ups....not so bad and nil around the dinner hour.
