Can't stay for long. Gotta run.

But yes, I do get allergies. It's starting.... worst when I start mowing the lawn. My dog shedding like crazy doesn't help either. I take no medication for allergies because those anti-histamines make me drowsy. Sucks.

49er suggested acupuncture... I might give it some thought.

Bye Lise! I used to take Reactine, but even that was making me feel like I was living under water in a drowsy/muted way. Started using Flonase nasal spary. Works like a charm.

Dinner will be marinated lemon herb chicken breast with baked potatoes. Avocado was my snack.

got home from work about an hour ago...good day though...wonders never cease on how good a day at work can be after 3 days of complete boredom! LOL...had a left over steak sandwiche for lunch today...never tastes good reheated LOL but it was good enough!
