Hey, I am also a huge horror fan. There were many great suggestions made! I love The Exorcist, The Shining, Halloween 1 and 2 and Psycho. A couple more obscure titles that really left a lasting impression and which I thought were quite disturbing are: Session 9 and Deranged. I luckily happened upon Deranged on a movie channel many years ago. Based on real events and so well done, though quite gruesome in some parts.
