It's not my cup of tea. Too many ppl, not enough room to run. If you're serious into running, I suggest you opt for earlier run for the more able athletes.
Start slow, build on your stamina. If your local community gym offers it, you might want to try and join the Sun Run training. I know Bonsor Community Centre offers it for ppl who are interested in training.
We had a Sun Run BBQ for faculty, staff and students. Yummy-licious burger. All in all, 66 members will be doing the run. Yours truly is NOWHERE near the team spirit but will chow down on any free burger.
