Good Times....I don't think anybody has ever disagreed with your perception of DV's disfunctionality.  I think the disagreement comes, in where you're placing the blame. Your last post kind of made me think that you know that too.   No ???

Only time I think the DV'ers ever got mad at Good Times was when GT started posted DV is going into the crapper threads. But I don't think that was GT I think it was a handle jacker.

Well it's really easy to discredit someone you disagree with, but GT has some valid points.  I just believe some of them are misplaced.

Not outwardly anyway, because my arguments are based on reality and logic.

However I'm sure there're a few resentful misers out there who know that their rationale doesn't have a leg to stand on, so instead of debating the issue they've been frantically hacking away at their smite function like a hamster trapped in a maze.  [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/froehlich/a080.gif" border=0]

In general I don't like lengthy posts, but this one turned out that way. You can tell me if you spot any errors of logic or thinking.

Help- I'm not sure what happened there.  When I saw a thread by Canader titled Attn Mods-Virus, I naturally clicked it and boom, my computer went bonkers.  I then deleted the rest of the threads with your ip address before clicking on it for fear of infecting my computer and anyone else's.  I then submitted your ip for banning because I thought that you had infected the forum.  Your thread had to be deleted, regardless because it was infected.  [/DIV] [/DIV]It was certainly a tough call for me as we have had some tragedies on dv these years.  From my experiences on dv, trolls/hackers and the like use rotating ip addresses so that they can play on the forum.  [/DIV] [/DIV]I apologize that you were in the mess.

That's quite alright. You were put in a tough position and you probably made the right call, based on the information you had...

No hard feelings

Were the admins/techies able to do anything to rectify the situation? Basically, I'm wondering if Naughty Priest is still posting and wreaking havoc over there today? Am I still banned?

Yes that was UK Basketball Fan. He's confessed to his deeds and and sort of apologized for them.

Being the holy person that I am, I've already publicly forgiven him for his actions.[/DIV][img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/figuren/a060.gif" border=0]

You can read all about it in the old forum: [A href="http://discoverseattle.net/forum/view.php?site=dsnet&bn=dsnet_discoverseattledsn&key=1138932243"]http://discoverseattle.net/forum/view.php?site=dsnet&bn=dsnet_discoverseattledsn&key=1138932243[/A]

Anyone wanna take up the challenge to click on threads and then let me know if it's safe?  ;)

At the beginning of the War in Iraq, The Government of Congo proposed the idea of using trained monkeys to clear minefields by running across them.

For thou art with me; thy cream and thy sugar they comfort me
Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of Juan Valdez
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over
Surely richness and taste shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of coffee forever.

I take that as a "no," tenkani?  ;)

Depends on how many bananas you're offering...

Would 5 lbs of bananas do?  Heck, I'll throw in an orange. ;)

I seen this program on TLC (or something like TLC), that also showed the mighty US gov. making their soldiers walk towards an exploding nuclear test bomb in the middle of Nevada. Sometime in the 40s or 50s?[/DIV][FONT size=2](sorry, no wikipedia link).[/FONT]

purelife

Ok...I take it that you're looking for this kind of a banana.... ;D[/DIV]

Is it me or all this talk about bananas getting me hot and bothered?
Always end the name of your child with a vowel, so that when you yell the name will carry.

It was the "licking is hard work" post that got my juices flowing.

The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.
