  Take DDD add Gophie and lather in butter.

Sportsdude

 green peppers, red onions (or yellow), chopped eggplant (or zucchini), chili powder - stir fry
chopped tomatoes
brown rice
pinto or black beans
hot sauce + a salsa
flour tortillas

to make it vegetarian just add cheese.

combinations are endless.
Although I'm going to start making my own tortillas as I'm tired of pesticides in foods.

chicken avocado salad + banana for lunch.

Headed to downtown today to sign the work papers.  I'm definitely feeling the downtown vibe again.  I also got my hair done, so am super excited too.  

Hey SD - Lise and her family looked happy and healthy.  Her girls are so big now and beautiful too!  I remember her wee babe when she was only a few months old.  How quickly they grow up.

There's a corn maize out in Surrey that I think grows organic corn.
