Yes, purelife, it was one of the very bad ones... I am out of migraine medication  did you know 6 tablets of Zomeg costs 95 dollars.. What a time for the government to cut off my free medical... So I am toughing it out with the Advil and just trying to relax.. It is not helping much.

If I get the inkling of a headache coming on I head straight to bed for some meditation and relaxation and pray it won't turn into a migraine.. I have a killer headache right now, it is not migraine strength but near enough, so I am going  to go back to my bed.
