Ok, I found a pic. It's radicchio. I also had green leaf lettuce, arugula and something else not on this pic. I didn't know there were so many kinds of leafy greens.

I have, purelife. It's good with a sweet balsamic.....cuts the bitter nicely. I quite like it.

I used balsamic and olive oil. Not sure if the balsamic is sweet though. Mr PL didn't like it....he thought my salad tasted like grass. LOL I'll try another dressing.

I like to whisk a little balsamic and oil, with a teaspoon of brown sugar and a teaspoon of sour cream. Awesome for some of the yummy bitter greens.

I find leftover food tastes better the next day even if it sucks the first day. Dunno why.

It's FRIDAY! It's FRIDAY!! Man, I thought this day would never come fast enough.

Spending a small fortune on Lise Jr's b'day party. Crap and I still have to buy more food. We've got something like 25 ppl coming and it's driving me bananas. No more big b'day bash next year! It's going to be family and family only.
