Cashmere tried to mame me today, Kitten.  It was quite comical.  Hubby was up in the 'old shop', and I was all the way up the path, and almost to the door, when he came flying out of nowhere and clamped onto my ankle.  As soon as he realized it was me, he sheepishly started rolling on the ground acting cute.  (I'm fooling myself when I suggest he DIDN'T know it was me...lol)

Of course you're fooling yourself.  But he's showing you that noone can sneak up on him.  Kaycee tried to climb up my pant leg when I cam in.  Just his way of saying he's glad to see me, now where's the food!

Exactly!  And also to turn on the tap so he can have a drink of running water.  Any cat can drink from a bowl but he prefers his fresh from the tap.
