Due to the blessing of surgery, I get two weeks of to have it and recover.  Lucky, aren't I!  I can feel the peace stealing over me as I write.  AAAAAHHHHH!!

Well, Kitten....it's not exactly a feet up on a balmy tropical isle sipping drinks with fruit and umbrellas, now is it....lol.

Not really, but it it's a whole lot better than no vacation at all.  I'll take them any way I can.

Nice to see you here again. Do you still have the patch?

I have to wear it for seven nights, but fortunately not during the day.  The only part I don't care for is taking the surgical tape of my face in the morning.  It tries to take the skin with it.

This is going to make things very difficult for you, because if I am correct you metamorphose tonight (I think there's a full moon).

  Taking yourskin with it? Ugh, I can almost FEEL it.

I think tearing skin is the price you pay for having restored vision, but it's worth it.  When I metamorphose I might not notice it as much.

That's very true, as I don't think bats rely on sight as much as humans.

But it will leave a bald patch where fur used to be.  Think of it as distinctive markings.

You'll look like a flying panda in reverse.

Now THAT would be an interesting creature!  Watch out for the landings though.
