the perfect hot dog.

start with a foot long frankfurter  not steamed or fried or boiled but barbecued.

1 sausage bun. at least 60 percent whole wheat.
add
a little mayonnaise
a little ketchup
a little shredded cheddar
some bacon
some fried onions
and finally add some fried mushrooms

now sit back and chow down.

The perfect hotdog is in the eye of the beholder.

For me....mayo and red relish.  Nuttin else.  Don't care what kind of bun as long as it's fresh...and don't care what method the weenie is cooked, as long as it's slightly undercooked.

The Costco dogs are pretty def.

Like sauerkraut, ketchup, fried onions, relish.
 Sometimes cheese n bacon.
 Sometimes chili.

The chili dog makes me think about Corner Gas.

depends on how the hot dog is cooked. If its boiled I could care less. If its grilled, depends on how sometimes I just eat it plain.

brats though- sauerkraut and mustard

lol None.  Cap'n Crunch and peanut butter, you say.  So...what do you have on your Cap'n Crunch when you have it for breakfast?

I am a lazy bastard and usually sleep through breakfast.

P.C.

Sleeping through breakfast sounds like the safest way to go.  I'm visualizing ketchup on your Capn Crunch.
