Why the frack are they releasing the man for? Book him, fine him, whatever.... he shouldn't be walking down the street a free man. How terrible it is for a dog owner to set his dogs on other innocent bystanders. And the sad part is the dogs will pay the ultimate price.

VANCOUVER - A B.C. man has been questioned by police and his four pit bull dogs are being held following a rash of dog-pack attacks on Vancouver Island and around the Vancouver-area.
RCMP said they questioned the dog owner and subsequently released him.
The dogs - three adult pit bulls and one puppy - were turned over to animal control officers at the SPCA in Surrey, southeast of Vancouver.
