I love it how the interviewer asks to Gordon Campbell "if you want people going to transit, then why aren't you putting more cars on the track?" He had no answer. lol

[p class="storyText"]British Columbia is planning to implement the toughest measures to combat climate change in North America. [/p][p class="storyText"]The Canadian province is already feeling some effects of climate change. A tropical fungus has made over 170 people very ill, and eight patients have died from it. Scientists believe global warming may be responsible.[/p][p class="storyText"]Now the premier of the province, Gordon Campbell, has announced a target of cutting carbon emissions by 33% by 2020 - the toughest target in North America. [/p][p class="storyText"]Can BC meet this target?  And what will be the impact on the lifestyles of people who live there?[/p]
