Hi Gophie!

He can't say many words, so far: blanket (but he pronounces it as "branket"), doggie, car, dadda/daddy and then cracker.

Sometimes, I think he can say "what's that?" in his own way and a few other phrases but they aren't very clear.

His all time favorite thing is barking when he sees or hears a dog. He'll say "woof" "woof."

He does understand more and more everyday.

Heading to Toronto in 2wks to take a French Lit test, but I'm taking my sister along!

She hasn't been to Canada since we went to Niagara Falls on my birthday in '99.

She might have to drive from Windsor to Toronto, though. I'll probably be crying with joy in being "home" for a weekend.
I'm tearing up just thinking about it, actually.

Sis has no idea what poutine is, but she saw pictures of the CN Tower and found the elevator up it to be rather frightening. haha

Had friends and family over for dinner last night. Did a lot of cooking. Some of the people were late but everyone eventually showed up, everything got eaten and we all a good time.

Isn't that just the best thing??!! To have friends/family over enjoying good food and each other's company?!!

I love cooking and having company over. Whenever I have an idea of something new to make, I invite my guinea pig family to try my food.
