Ha ha, I have no sympathy for them. That's what you get for living in Chicago.

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST /10 am
EST/ Tuesday...

Brutally cold temperatures will find it difficult to rise above
zero north of I-88... and only making it to 5 or 6 degrees above
well south of there. Strong west winds today will produce bitter
wind chills of 20 to 30 below zero. These biting cold temperatures
and blustery winds will continue to keep wind chills near this
range through Tuesday morning.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate wind chills at or less than 20 below
zero. This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if
precautions are not taken. If you must venture outdoors... dress
in layers and cover all skin. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves. Limit outdoor activity to minimize exposure... as
frostbite can occur in 30 minutes or less.

The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.
