Well, since you asked despite my providing more information than even my wife cared to know (she was not impressed by Francis Fulford, to say the least) No, I am not American. Lots of relatives in the States, half of them Christian, half Jewish. Went to an American highschool, even got paid for some work abroad by the American Gov't, but not American. Yes I can speak Spanish, and a smattering of other languages too. Latinos often mistake me to one of their own. A Chinese person figured I was Chinese when I spoke with her in Mandarin on the phone, than got pissed off and accused me of lying when I informed her, "I am a foreign devil, I assure you, descended from opium dealers, I swear."
