Outlaw MC Clubs

Just wondering what the so called "outlaw" motorcycle club situation is in the Seattle area. In Vancouver, they seem to be coming down hard On the Hells Angels. Do they exist in and around Seattle?

The bandidos are the outlaw mc in the washington area. as far as I know, the HA's do not exist in washinton state.
