The City of Fullerton welcomes you to do...nothing. Looks like the only thing you're allowed to do is stand around and breathe (as long as you do it quietly). Whoops, that's out too, prohibited under the No Loitering rule,  "F.M.C. 9.12.331".  


The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.
