Man Fights to Stop Alimony Payment to Ex-Wife, Who is Now a Man Herself, er Himself

[span style="font-family: Verdana;"]As if life wasn't hard enough...[/span]Lawrence Roach is fighting to stop alimony payments to his ex-wife, because the woman is now a man:[/p] [blockquote][em]Lawrence Roach says his ex-wife has had a sex change and is now living as a man with a new identity. Roach says he should be allowed discontinue $1,200 in monthly alimony payments.[/em][/p][em]
[/em][/p] [em]"This isn't right. It's humiliating to me and degrading," Roach said. "You know, I'm a man and I don't want to be paying alimony to a man. If you can't be married to a man legally, how can you legally pay alimony to a man?"[/em][/p] [/blockquote] So......should he continue to pay alimony? Ah, so the penny dropped?

It wasn't a hit and run by the way, I took a leaf out of your book and decided on the love 'em and leave 'em approach.

I'm almost always sunny-side-up.  Sometimes it's just easier than other times. [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="vny!://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/nahrung/c025.gif" border=0]

That's true. I like to tell myself that although my sunny side may not always be up, I've never been accused of being hard-boiled (scrambled, perhaps).
