If you want to have kids greycat you will, there's really nothing stopping you on that front. For the first 2 years of my life I lived out of an apartment, then my parents found a house only to have it burn down a year later. (oh well). I don't want this to turn into the regrets thread but if you do not have kids I can almost garuntee you'll what if yourself later on in life. I say go for it.
