Happy New Year Purelife! (is it 'new year' yet just want to make sure)


My cousins are moving to Alaska and are taking the Alaskan highway. awesome.  First I was worried that they'd get stuck but the Alaskan-Canadian highway has been modernized thankfully.

Thanks SD.  It's New Year's tomorrow but tonight, is the eve.  A very important night, supposedly.  My parents have to feed the dead, so to speak by lighting up some candles and burning paper money.  I don't get it myself.  It's something that they do.  For good luck, I s'pose.

cool ah you don't have to believe that stuff but it is neat to watch participate. Chinese New Year's parades must be AMAZING.  I'm always in awe when they show a parade in tv. fascinating.

 Our family doesn't do the rituals- we just eat!  It was veg dinner at the Bo Kong on Main St tonight.

 All of a sudden, my entire shoulders/neck/face area are sooooo sore.  I don't feel like talking or moving a muscle.  Dunno why.  Could be my teeth.

OMG, the pain is travelling downwards....yikes... I'll have a early night sleep to rest from this pain/soreness/tenderness.

Oh NO purelife.  That doesn't sound good.  I trust your dentist explained about dry socket?  Do you think that's what it could be?  If it is, I've heard that it's VERY unpleasant.

  I'm feeling tons better thanks purelife.  Back to work tomorrow.  Blahhhhhhh

I hope that I don't have the dry socket.  I'll be seeing my dentist on Wed to have my sutures removed.  I hope that he thinks that everything healed normally.  *crossing fingers*
