I had sweet and sour chicken and chicken chow mein.  It tasted terrific after having to fast until 3:30PM.

I have no idea she just calls it pork. But she cooks it so long it turns out red due to the paprika and garlic.

  Any plans for the long weekend? We are dusting off  a friends boat and going to tune it up for the summer.
