That's a very nice jig PC  
...religion has made some contributions to civilization. It helped in the early days to fix the calendar, and it caused Egyptian priests to chronicle ecplipses with such care that in time they were able to predict them. These two services I am prepared to acknowledge, but I do not know of any others

That sounds like a good meal.  I love spinach, with a little butter and vinegar.  I don't think I will have time for a proper lunch, so maybe a piece of toast and some coffee.

Butter is essential.  Unfortunately, I am no longer permitted to have butter, but Becel works very well in its place.

I'm also not supposed to have much, and salt is totally out. Strange thing is that after about three months, I decided that I didn't miss salt at all. Butter is a totally different matter though.

I think you would find that Becel is a close taste substitute for butter.  At least much closer than any other margarine I've tried.  It's one of those health-smart products that actually taste good.
