Dinner was spag, sauce out of a can, canned fish and some veg cooked in the micro.

Y'know, I've never ever cooked veggies in the microwave before. Seriously. I just boiled them with a bit of salt water.

Today's dinner was pan seared salmon, baby potatoes with mushrooms and garlic and leftover noodles for the kids. Dessert was strawberries, cheap from Save-On.

Aha. Uhm... remind me never to eat canned beans at your place, Ms PC. Your comment sounds scary!

I didn't have the time to soak beans overnight so I used a recipe to kick up canned beans. I added some sauteed bacon & onions, brown sugar, worchestire & mustard. You then let it simmer on the bbq for a couple of hours. My mistake was that a couple of hours was closer to3-1/2.[/DIV]

Hmm.... sounds like an interesting way to cook beans. Which reminds me... I gotta cook those damn black-eyed beans that's sitting in my cupboard for a year now. Darn!

Oh....we know how to make beans black.    (they really weren't as bad as I made them sound....I was just having a little fun with the Sawdust)

Haha. Oh I know all the hits. My cousin and I drive around the bottoms (farmland on the riverbanks) at night with the windows down in the truck and signing to Poison. lol

Sebastian Bach though was goofy. He just screamed his Skid Row songs. Screeched I'M BACK (screams for 2 minutes) lol we mocked him all night.

Michaels is pimping his Rock of Love show, he mentioned Rock of Love 3 (which is upcoming) about 5 times, the promos before the concert were "Bret Michaels Rock of Love star on VH1's highest rated celebreality show of all time'. Although I actually think he was genuine in his love for the St. Louis fans. Before they got big, they came through town and played at a famous (now gone unfortunately due to a new casino being built downtown) music night club (you name it a famous band go their start there sort of place and wrote their names on the wall).  Anyway he was near tears.

C.C. played by himself for 15 minutes fooling around. lol played Amazing Grace.

ADD: My cousin and I were bummed they never played "I won't forget you" that's our favourite Poison song. My other cousin said "well guys that's not really a big hit"! Oh come on not a big hit my ass, it's #10 on itunes for them. lol

Every Rose Has Its Thorn...... gawds.... haven't heard of that in ages!

Countdown to clinic re-opening. Can't wait. I can't stand not doing something productive. It'll keep me busy and those she-cats off my back for a change.

Good morning.  [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/froehlich/a010.gif" border=0]  Mmmmmmmm coffee.

Last night was SUPER windy here.  Seem to be getting high winds more and more often these days.  I guess development and removing 'buffer trees' is having an affect.  I was afeared.

But....looks like it's going to be another beauty day.

Not a big fan of casinos either, but I love concerts. Live music is my favorite form of entertainment.

Lol! Poison hey? I always praise Seattle for creating the music scene of the early 90s that killed bands like Poison.

Hope everyone has a yummy coffee in hand today!
