I have.  I have the compensation ironed out...  a bit better than I had hoped for, but we seem to be doing things a little backwards, as in the $s, benifits, and vacation is hammered out and agreed upon, but the actual jobb description is only half way complete.  So, provided the dscription doesn't come in completely off the wall....  everything  is settled!
