Greetings everyone. Wow. Busy, busy lunch time thread. When I left this morning, it was four pages ago... LOL. Man, I can't keep up.

  Still not pick-up on the car yet. The fish idea is starting to rub on me. I guess you're right, PC, abandoned cars are low on the list of priorities.

You should print all the post relating to this car in this thread, place the printed copies under the wipers so that when the owner comes back from vacation, he can have a good laugh and feel like a star.

I'm really surprised Lise.  You'd think they would have at least checked it out.  Did they ask for a license number when you called ?

When they run the plates if its not reported stolen by the owner they dont get it right away normally, they give the owner a bit. If it however has no plates, they usually give it a week then tow it and track it back to its last owner with teh VIN tags.

  we are going somewhere for sushi tonight.. just trying to figure out where. Then a movie.. any movie recommendations?

I haven't seen a movie in the theatre since 19......um....well never mind......let's just say it was a looooonnnnggggg time ago.  So I'm afraid I'm of no help in the movie department.  (plus I'm a big baby, so I'm not up on all the action/thriller stuff out there)

 I dislike going to movie theatres because of the noise distractions, sticky floors and smells.  I'm now so spoiled from watching DVDs where I can pause or backtrack if I missed or didn't understand a scene in the movie
